"i need to post something"

that's what i thought when i clicked on my the caliV link johnny c. has on his myspace

lets see, i'm working on a bmx zine for my indesign class, so i'll have a woppin 8 page magazine sometime soon, i think i'm gonna just fill in the pages when i have time and post it up when i have something presentable
maybe i can get ray to contribute photos and articles since he is genus when it comes to those areas.
let me know if you want to write an article for it..

here's some photos of myself and the compound crew in Austin, TX at the beloved T-1 ramp curtsy of Mr. Joe Rich and his new camera (canon 5d i believe)

THE COMPOUND!

so this past weekend/week i've been digging a line at the compound,
they had some sweet berms and a couple jumps going and it got me stoked.
the hill is really steep so i got to build some berms and step downs and all those sweet trailsy things i never had a chance to build prior

the jump at the bottom that is all shaped up, the landing of it got pulled back another 6 ft. after i hit the set for the first time, pretty much dragging my breaks down the whole hill, so things are gonna need to get ALOT bigger
can't wait

where has the time gone

I haven't posted any updates in what seems like ages, school has been super tough for me lately and have little free time.
thankfully i am on spring break right now living the care free life for the rest of the week.
i just got back from woodward west's spring camp, which really wasn't that great, the weather was really bad and the trails were super hagard, Cody and I spent the first few days getting them rideable but the wind wouldn't let up enough to enjoy them properly.
insurance has graciously given me a check in compensation for all my stolen photo gear which is awesome new's
i already have a full medium format film camera setup (hasselblad 500cm) with flashes and and all that good stuff, ill post some photos of it and from it in the future when i get stuff developed
here's some non riding shots that i took on my old richo tlr before i upgraded to the hassy
